While everyone was busy fighting over toilet paper and handsanitizer, I went straight to the kitchen and started making homemade chicken broth. It's first thing I drink each morning and last thing I drink each evening. Usually I put a good amount of lemon in each cup for some extra vitamin C too.


If you have Lyme Disease or any chronic illness - your immune system is already taxed. Despite social distancing and our attempts to flatten the curve, I truly believe one of the best moves you can make is to boost your immune system.


Germs are invisible and we come into contact with them every second of the day. Here are my favorite immune boosting hacks. They cover the gammet from nutrition, to exercise and lifestyle and stress.
